Jen Compton

I write inspirations that create an inner transformation and a greater conscious connection.

I teach social and emotional learning skills to children through my KidsBEPresent program.

I help people to create a more conscious connection with themselves, others and the world around them.

I turn mundane into magic.

When I’m not writing or teaching social and emotional learning or reciting my inspirations for others to enjoy, I can be found going for long morning walks, having breakfast in my favourite café with my Dharma or self-help books, doing laps at the local pool or connecting with nature.

The resources listed here on my resources page are the ones I can’t bear to part with, despite changing cities and countries a number of times over the last 25 years. The books listed are still on my bookshelf which means they have had a profound effect on me. I wouldn’t waste your time mentioning resources that are not amazing. They have all helped me to achieve a healthier body, spirit and mind. I hope you find this list useful and transformative.

Best wishes, Jen
